How long does delivery take?
We usually ship orders within 48 hours from Paris, France. Domestic shipping typically takes two days while European shipping takes approximately a week. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide A LOT ! Make sure your shipping address is correct because some of AVANT Magazine issues came back to us with a wrong spelling.
What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping is expensive, even if we do everything to keep our rates at the lowest. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the shipping & handling, so if you have any suggestions of local places that would be a good fit, let us know. You can also check out our growing list of stockists for the nearest retailer.
Will I need to pay import duties?
When ordering goods for delivery outside of France, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; AVANT Magazine has no control over these but our customers never paid money for a small amount of magazines ordered. Wholesale shipping is another story. As you might know, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
What forms of payment are accepted?
AVANT accepts PayPal,Visa, and MasterCard.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive two e-mails: one when your order is received and a second one when it leaves our warehouse with a tracking number included. All of the orders are sent with a tracking number so we can be sure when the magazine is reaching its destination.
